About Conscious CoWorking

Conscious CoWorking is not just a brand, it's a movement to redefine the way we work and connect. In this space, every corner is designed to foster creativity, collaboration and personal growth; along with providing many tools for entrepreneurs, such as a fully equipped professional-level space to record your podcast as well as a local studio to create videos; enjoy the pool, as well as making the space as expansive and comfortable as possible. Here, solopreneurs and entrepreneurs can find an environment that inspires them to be the best version of themselves.

The essence of Conscious CoWorking lies in its ability to bring people together. As mentioned, "it has been a treasure for him" and the same can be said for many others. This place becomes a meeting point where ideas flow and authentic connections are created.

Community Growth

Over the past few months, we have witnessed impressive growth in our community. From creating groups on WhatsApp to organizing in-person events, every step has been driven by the need to connect and collaborate. We now have over a thousand members in our digital community, reflecting the interest and passion for what we are building together.

This growth has not just been numerical; it has been emotional and spiritual. Each new member brings with them a story, a skill and a unique energy that enriches everyone. As they say, "the idea behind the brand and my vision is really to give as much value as possible to people to allow their lives to soar."

Planning for 'Conscious House'

A Big surprise for this 2025 is the upcoming opening of'Conscious House', a physical space that will serve as a club of excellence for nomads and conscious people. This place will be a home where members will be able to attend workshops, events and activities that nurture their personal and professional growth, as well as develop themselves through technological items and all the amenities with a level of quality space never seen before in Playa del Carmen.

The planning of'Conscious House' is not limited to one location. Matt's innovative vision is to project and expand this concept to other cities around the world. As he has said previously "the plan is to also do it in other cities around the world", continuing with Mexico City where not only the melting pot of cultures in this central location of Mexico come together along with flavors and traditions but form a Global pole of interconnection between Spanish speaking places. This global approach will allow more people to join this transformative experience through a visionary and communal Home.

Global Connections and not just the digital world.

One of the wonders of Conscious CoWorking is its ability to create connections not only locally, but also globally. With the creation of an online community, members have the opportunity to share their skills and talents with people all over the world. This not only broadens the scope of our interactions, but also enriches each member's experience.

The idea of "conscious conversations" is taking shape, where discussions and learnings can flow without geographic barriers. This is especially exciting, as it allows everyone to participate and benefit from the experiences and knowledge of others, regardless of their location.

The Documentary "Conscious Co Working" at the Puerto Aventuras International Film Festival 2025

Conscious Co-Working 's journey has expanded to such a degree that they have created an independent documentary that has been presented at the prestigious Puerto Aventuras International Film Festival 2025, creating an unprecedented milestone for a Coworking space. This great event, which closed with 65 awards, one of which was given to this documentary, brought together filmmakers from 30 countries, and was an evolutionary indicator on a large scale, embodied in the independent Mexican cinema; the documentary project is a great step to make the Conscious Co Working Project visible to the world.

Origin of the Documentary and Connection to the Festival

The documentary was born organically, almost unexpectedly; this is what the prominent videographer Keefe Wojcik, from Grand Solis Media, , told us in an interview; his interest arose after seeing Matt Crowe 's first publication about the first co-working event. The personal encounter, with no prior expectations, quickly turned into an opportunity to capture the essence of the project. During the second event, he brought his recording equipment and began filming, marking the beginning of a candid and spontaneous record. The story of that immediate connection and the mix of different backgrounds was captured in images and testimonies that today form the core of the film.

The original idea was not to screen the film on a large stage, but it was Matt's conviction that prompted him to send the video to various festivals. The selection in Puerto Aventuras meant not only professional recognition, but also the validation of a project that had been growing in real time, both in length -from 3 to 23 minutes- and in narrative depth, capturing the honesty and commitment of a community in transformation.

Recognition and International Projection

The Puerto Aventuras International Film Festival 2025 stood out for its support of independent projects and its ability to bring together creators from different parts of the world, consolidating itself as an ideal platform for showcasing authentic stories. Participating in this festival allowed the Conscious Co-Working documentary to reach new audiences and receive an award that, according to the director, confirmed "that we had succeeded in conveying the essence of the project".

The screening at the festival was not only a personal achievement for the film crew, but also marked the beginning of greater international visibility for Conscious Co-Working. The work became a vehicle to show how the genuine conversations and relationships that flourish in this space can transform lives and open the door to a global expansion of the project.

A Documentary that Connects Emotions and Realities

One of the most striking features of the film is the sensitivity in the voices and faces of those who participated in the movement. The interviews, testimonials and supporting footage captured moments of vulnerability and authenticity that connect deeply with the viewer. According to the director, the real triumph of the documentary lies in "capturing the honest vulnerability and genuine human connection experienced in each encounter"-a philosophy that fits perfectly with the values of Conscious Co-Working.

Participation in the festival is, therefore, more than an award or recognition; it is evidence that the narrative of a conscious collaborative space can resonate in contexts as varied as independent filmmaking. The visibility gained in Puerto Aventuras reinforces the project's vision to expand and evolve, marking a before and after in the way a story of community, creativity and transformation is told.

This section of the report reinforces the innovative character and global reach of Conscious Co-Working, showing how an authentic idea, captured in its most genuine state, can transcend borders and find resonance in international festivals that celebrate independent filmmaking.

The Experience of Being a Member of the Conscious Co-Working Community

Being part of Conscious CoWorking means more than just having a place to work. It's about being part of a vibrant and supportive community. Members have access to a variety of resources, from workshops to healing sessions, that are designed to elevate their experience and support their personal growth.

As mentioned, "anyone who has skills and talents, we want to engage the community." This means that every member has the opportunity to contribute and be an active part of creating a space that truly resonates with their interests and aspirations.

The Importance of Community

Community is at the heart of Conscious CoWorking. Without it, we would be nothing more than a physical space. The interconnectedness between members is what makes this place special. Every relationship built, every conversation shared, contributes to an environment that fosters creativity and mutual support.

As has been said, "I've seen all kinds of things happen." The transformations that occur here are testament to the power of community in action. It's not just about work; it's about creating an environment where everyone can flourish and be supported in their journey.

Technology and Community Initiatives

Technology advancement at Conscious CoWorking is not just about tools, but about creating an ecosystem where technology and community intertwine. Sean, with his innovative approach, has led the way in integrating digital platforms that facilitate connection and collaboration among members. This has resulted in virtual spaces where skills and talents can be shared without boundaries, creating a bridge between the local and the global.

As Sean mentioned, "we want to make what we do in person also available online." This vision has led to the creation of an online community that not only complements our in-person interactions, but expands them. Every member has the opportunity to contribute their expertise, enriching everyone's experience.

Inviting Participation

The essence of Conscious CoWorking lies in inviting everyone to actively participate. The community is a space where every voice counts and every talent has its place. From healing workshops to creativity sessions, everyone is invited to share their skills and contribute to the collective growth.

The invitation is clear: "anyone with skills and talents, we want to engage the community." This philosophy of inclusion ensures that every member feels valued and has the opportunity to shine in their own way.

Expanding the Online Space

Expanding our online community is a crucial step toward creating a global movement. With the goal of connecting one million members, the virtual space becomes a hub where people can interact, learn and grow together. This platform not only allows local participation, but also opens the door to international connections.

The idea is clear: "if you have an event in another city, you can access that community". This not only facilitates cultural exchange, but also creates a sense of belonging in an interconnected world.

Events and Workshops at Conscious House

The opening of 'Conscious House' will mark a new chapter in our history. This space will not only be a physical location, but a hub of activity where workshops, events and gatherings will be held to nurture the community. The idea is that all members will be able to share their knowledge and skills, from sound healing to personal development.

As Sean mentioned, "We're going to be able to stream live from the physical location to the online community." This means that those who are unable to attend in person will still be able to participate and benefit from the shared experiences. This merging of the digital and physical is an exciting way to expand our community.

International Connections

The ability to create international connections is one of the most exciting aspects of Conscious CoWorking. By expanding our network to other cities around the world, each member has the opportunity to connect with people from diverse cultures and experiences. This diversity enriches our community and promotes a deeper understanding of each other.

Sean and the team's vision is clear: "we want to build a conscious community around the world". Each new member who joins this mission brings a new perspective and energy, making the journey even more special.

Access to Services and Resources

At the heart of Conscious CoWorking is the desire to provide access to a wide range of services and resources that truly enrich our members' experience. The idea is that everyone who is part of our community can find tools, knowledge and opportunities that facilitate their personal and professional growth.

From personal development workshops to healing sessions, each resource is designed to elevate the quality of life. As they mentioned, "anyone with skills and talents, we want to engage the community." This openness to participation ensures that members are not only recipients, but also active contributors to a vibrant ecosystem.

Elevated Connection Model

The Elevated Connection Model is at the core of our approach. Here, it's not just about work, but about creating meaningful connections that transform lives. Every interaction becomes an opportunity to learn and grow together. "We want to elevate lives while building connections," is the mantra that guides our actions.

This model is embodied in events, workshops and discussion circles where members can share their experiences and knowledge. The idea is that each meeting is a safe space to explore ideas and foster creativity. In this sense, the community becomes an innovation laboratory where ideas can flourish.

Creating a Conscious Hub

The creation of 'Conscious House' is an important step towards the materialization of this model. This physical space will be a hub where a variety of activities that nurture the community spirit will take place. From creativity workshops to inspirational talks, each event aims to strengthen the bonds between members.

As Sean mentioned, "when we really get the conscious house up and running, we want to start hosting workshops and seminars inside the conscious house." This vision is not just limited to one location; the intention is to replicate this model in different cities around the world. This means that no matter where you are, you will always have access to a conscious and supportive community.

The Community Journey

Our community journey has been a transformative experience for everyone involved. From organically growing groups on WhatsApp to creating events that foster connection, each step has been a testament to the power of collaboration. "I've seen all kinds of things happen," and each story is a reminder of how working together can create meaningful change.

Each member brings his or her own perspective and energy, creating a diverse mosaic that enriches the collective experience. This diversity is an invaluable asset, as it allows us to learn from each other and expand our horizons. In this journey, we are all co-creators, and every contribution counts.

Final Reflections on Service

As we continue to grow and evolve, it is essential to reflect on the purpose of our service. The essence of Conscious CoWorking is authenticity and the intention to serve the community. "Nothing in this time has been more than acts of service," and it is this focus that has allowed authentic connections to flourish.

Our mission is clear: to provide a space where each person can feel valued and supported. At the end of the day, it's about creating an environment where everyone can shine and be the best version of themselves. This commitment to service is what makes our community special and unique.

Matt Crowe: The Visionary Behind Conscious Co-Working

Matt Crowe, Founder of Conscious Co-working and Director of the film

Matt Crowe has gone through many changes and transformations in his journey as an entrepreneur; from his high school days, Matt began his entrepreneurial journey, selling his first company in his early 20s. His life has been characterized by experiences that oscillate between resounding success and challenges that caused him to lose everything, only to rise again and learn valuable lessons with each experience.

After his time in Silicon Valley, where he founded a technology company, Matt experienced the vertigo of entrepreneurship: winning large sums of money, failing and, in turn, rebuilding his path. However, in the midst of these material achievements, he felt that something essential was missing. A spiritual void was present, for in his youth he had tried a life where his concerns were filled with the apparent success of money and power.

In search of that lost balance, he decided to take a break and moved to San Diego, where he tried different job opportunities that, although not fulfilling, opened the door to the world of angel investing and mentoring other startup founders. With his own experiences of "what not to do," he began teaching the value of finding balance in life and practicing self-care.

Matt's spiritual journey intensified through experiences with plant medicines, healing and recognizing the diversity of family challenges. It was during a trip to Playa del Carmen three years ago that he decided to experience the digital nomad lifestyle in Mexico. That transformative experience allowed him not only to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, but also to discover a renewed sense of community and self-knowledge.

Motivated by that personal awakening, a local friend suggested he collaborate, work together on his business and personal growth. Thus began, about a year ago, the adventure that gave birth to the Conscious Co-Working community. This space is not only the result of his learning, but also a platform to share knowledge about entrepreneurship, spirituality and the balance between professional and personal life.

Inspired by the idea of creating a podcast and content for YouTube and social media, Matt saw in the sudden emergence of a conscious co-working event the perfect opportunity to materialize his vision. Thus, little by little, a unique community was forged, where every meeting is an opportunity to learn and grow together.

Today, Matt Crowe has become a reference that demonstrates that the path of entrepreneurship is not only a journey towards material success, but a journey of personal and spiritual transformation in which every experience adds to the collective growth.

With his passion and commitment to self-transformation, Matt Crowe continues to inspire those who seek a balance between ambition and spirituality, making it clear that at the heart of every great project always beats the human essence.
