Arenal Volcano National Park and Hot Springs

Though eruptions are rare these days, the 5,358 ft. Arenal Volcano remains one of the most exciting destinations in Costa Rica. Due to the geothermal activity, natural hot springs surround the base of the volcano, where a relaxing soak reduces any hint of the day’s hiking and mountain biking.
