Wakahchan question set proposal

Comparte

Dear Rob, good afternoon, I attach a set of possible questions that I will ask in the audio interview to Bart, the founder, so you can transmit them to him so he can prepare (probably not all the questions, but so he has a framework or ideas of what he could ask).

If you need me to ask any specific questions that you feel are appropriate to ask, let me know via whatsapp so I can include them.

The questions were strategically designed to help attract investors, as well as reflect the concept of Wakah-Chan and the benefits to investors as a general public.

  1. Questions regarding the project: How does the "Holistic Living Estate" concept differ from other traditional residential developments? (This question is important to clarify the unique concept of WakahChan. Explore the underlying vision and philosophy).

  2. Project-related questions: What circular economy initiatives are planned to be integrated to make the development sustainable and generate social and economic value?

  3. Project inquiries: What benefits can investors and future residents expect from being part of this comprehensive project?

  4. Project-related questions: What innovative elements in the management of the project translate into greater opportunities for profitability?

  5. Personal questions: What personal experiences or moments prompted you to dedicate yourself to sustainable housing and to found WakahChan?

  6. Personal Queries: What challenges have you encountered in leading a multidisciplinary team and how do you deal with internal conflicts?

  7. Personal questions: What legacy do you hope to leave with WakahChan and how would you like your contribution to be remembered?

  8. Community/social aspect consultations: What role will environmental and urban education play in empowering residents to transform their environment?

  9. Community/social aspect consultations: How is the evolution of the project planned to adapt to the changing needs of the residents and the urban environment? (will help to show the flexibility and adaptability of the project).

  10. Community/social aspect consultations: How will the views and needs of the local community be integrated into the evolution and continuous improvement of WakahChan (this question will help show the degree of feedback and adaptability to the community).

Note: Maybe bring a camera to take a some  behind-the-scenes photos and to supplement the article.
